MailScouter does not treat email platforms as interchangeable products with one universal winner. A creator selling courses, a publisher monetizing a newsletter and an ecommerce team running lifecycle flows need different operating models.
Every verdict is therefore tied to a defined buyer and use case. A product can be excellent for one audience and a poor choice for another without either conclusion being contradictory.
We also separate documented product facts from editorial judgment. Pricing limits, contact definitions and plan entitlements should be traceable to current vendor material. Statements such as “easier,” “better value” or “best for creators” are conclusions that must be supported by the documented workflow and explicitly scoped to a buyer.
